How will I know my order has shipped?

Once the order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Production time is normally 2-4 business days.
Submit your order is day 0.
The nest business day is counted as day 1 in production.

What are your HOLIDAY shipping times?

Production time from Nov. 18 - Dec 31: 5-7 business days.
For shipping after Dec. 10, selecting express shipping option is recommended.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped from the US.
We use USPS (United States Postal Service).

Domestic Shipping (United States)

2-3 business days

International shipping

6-10 business days
For international shipping, please note that we are not responsible for customs and duties determined by each country's individual customs agency.

 

What is your return policy?


Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the quality of the items we sent you, we happily refund your purchase price. Please email us and we will straighten things out. Contact us through the contact form (link in the footer menu) or the email in your order confirmation.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on unopened, unused items within 14 days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The original sales order/number must accompany the items returned. We don’t pay for the return shipping cost. The return must be sent to us here in Japan, not our supplier in the US.

Damaged or defective goods

We refund goods that have been damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect. Please notify us within 4 business days of receipt. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be shipped ASAP.
The refund includes shipping costs. However, the cost of return shipping will be refunded for ground shipping only. No other shipping method will be refunded.

Privacy Policy

All physical addresses, phone numbers, and email information are kept private and never sold. Newsletters are only sent to customers who opt-in via the newsletter form or via the checkout. For any questions please contact us through the contact form in the footer menu or our  email in your order confirmation. 

Can I use your product images on my blog?

Yes! However, if you’re going to use our images, you must link back to our website and credit the design to Cecilie Okada. That being said, we love and appreciate blogs that choose to feature our products.
