What is your return policy?
Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the quality of the items we sent you, please email us and we will straighten things out.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on unopened, unused items within 14 days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The original sales order/number must accompany the items returned. We don’t pay for the return shipping cost. The return must be sent to our address in Japan.
Damaged or defective goods
Goods that have been damaged during transit, or has a manufacturing defect, will be replaced at no cost to you. Please notify us within 4 business days documenting the issue with photograph(s).
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, we are unable to resend a new shipment unless you pay for the item(s) and shipping once again.
All physical addresses, phone numbers, and email information are kept private and never sold. Newsletters are only sent to customers who opt-in via the newsletter form or via the checkout. For any questions please contact us through the contact form in the footer menu or our email in your order confirmation.
Can I use your images on my blog?
Yes! However, if you’re going to use my images, you must link back to this website and credit the artwork or design to Cecilie Okada. That being said, I love and appreciate blogs that choose to share content from my blog or products from my shop.
